Description: The City of Winchester is accepting bids for exterior building renovations to 116 North College Street in conjunction with TDEC Downtown Improvement Grant. Bid documents may be requested from Yvonne Stewart, Project Manager at yvonnestewart@winchester-tn.com. For additional information, contact Yvonne Stewart at 931-967-3527 (office) or 931-308-5754 (cell). Bids are due by 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Sealed Bids should be submitted to the front office of Winchester City Hall. Bid opening will be at Winchester City Hall Courtroom, 7 South High Street, Winchester, TN, at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025.  An optional On-Site Walk-Through is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2025, in downtown Winchester. This is not mandatory, but it will allow you to view the property and ask additional questions.
