The City of Portales is seeking professional services for environmental compliance and monitoring engineering services.

Engineering and Compliance Services that may cover various projects. The selected offeror(s) will provide consultation, sample collection, site assessment and mapping, data analysis, remediation workplanning, project planning, regulatory consultation  and reporting, permitting, project management, design, construction support, various environmental monitoring, hydrological studies, inspection, surveying services, project cost estimates, management of water, wastewater, and stormwater run-off, auditing and technical support for programs and projects related to environmental engineering and compliance for the City.
