Barton County Health Department – Lobby and Exam Room Chairs

Barton County, Kansas, is accepting proposals for Global Care Healthcare lobby and exam room chairs.

SCOPE:  The Barton County Health Department plans to purchase 19 Lobby Chairs and 5 Exam room chairs.ear

TIMELINE: All proposals will be reviewed by the Barton County Health Department Director after the submission deadline and then presented to the County Commissioners during their next available study session.  After award by the County Commission, the successful vendor will be contacted and the purchase will be finalized.

The proposal must include bid pricing for both series, but the Health Department intends to only purchase one 24 chair grouping in a single series:

·         Both series priced with urethane arm caps

·         Both series priced with steel frame

·         Clean-out at back of seat required

·         Pricing must include delivery and set-up at our location, 1300 Kansas Ave, Great Bend KS 67530

Vendors may receive electronic notifications and submit bids online through Vendor Registry, link found under the Procurement tab at www.bartoncounty.org.  Bids should be submitted no later than (Noon) 12:00 p.m., May 7, 2021.

Proposals received after that date and time will be considered null and void.  Barton County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to award in the best interests of the County.  Additional information may be obtained by calling or emailing Karen Winkelman, Barton County Health Department Director at (620) 793-1902 or kwinkelman@bartoncounty.org.
