Description:

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Specialist at 105 College Street, White House, TN 37188, until 2:30 pm, on November 3, 2020, from qualified contractors to supply Lane light(s), 20 Uni-Directional Lights with complete installation material for asphalt/snow for the City of White House in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents.

A Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on October 22, 2020 at the Hwy-76 greenway trailhead located directly across from White House Fire Station 1:  416 Hwy 76, White House, TN 37188. The Purchasing Specialist and Public Works Manager will be available to provide an overview of the work to be performed and answer any questions.

This project will be bid on a unit price basis for all specified work and will be awarded to responsive and responsible bidders. It is the City’s intention to establish contracts with multiple contractors who are capable of mobilizing and constructing projects in a quality and timely fashion.

All corporations should provide corporate seal, a copy of the Secretary of State’s Certificate of Incorporation, and a listing of the principals of the corporation with the bid, when applicable.

The City of White House strongly encourages small businesses to participate in this bid.
