Question: Page 16 under Litter, debris and Cleanup states FVPD will provide trash receptacles where needed and the Contractor is responsible for hauling trash, tree limbs and other debris to an agreed location. Where are these locations that the trash, tree limbs and other debris collected will be taken to?

Response: Thank you for your question. Park generated trash, tree limbs, and other debris can be disposed of by contractor at one of the Operational centers of the District during regular business hours. Those locations are as follows: Oakhurst Maintenance Center - 2290 Fifth Ave Aurora, Cole Admin Center- 101 West Illinois Ave Aurora, and/or Barnes Maintenance Center- 7S509 S Barnes Rd Aurora.

Question 2

Question: Page 16 - Trimming states Final trimming around permanent objects will be completed. For this RFP many of the areas to be maintained have private fences and trees that line the FVPD property. I assume that trimming around these items that outline private property do not need trimming as they are the individual homeowners responsibility? Please clarify.

Response: Thank you for your question. Fence lines on private property are the responsibility of the private property owner to maintain and as such would not be subject to final trimming/weed whipping by the District's contractor. District-owned fence lines would be subject to the standards and final appearance as outlined on page 16 of the RFQ.
