Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, City Hall, 405 N. Main St., Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:00 PM, local time, Tuesday, October 6, 2020, when bid packages will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
