Question: are skylights to be reused? or replaced? is vinyl insulation to be replaced? or reuse existing? this bldg. does not have ridge vents

Response: The skylights will not be reused. The fire district wants to cover them with the new metal roof. We can not tell what the insulation looks like from the underside, if it needs to be replaced we would like for it to be replaced.

Question 2

Question: Will new edge line roof trims be required? Gutters/ downspouts and gable trim.

Response: The gutters/ downspouts should be fine and not have to be replaced, but the trim will need to replaced more than likely.

Question 3

Question: Will you be sending out a new bid form with a place to record the square foot price for the replacement of wet insulation or do we just add that to the bottom of the form?

Response: You can just add it to the bottom of the form.
