Description: The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Bailey Park Electrical Improvement project. This project consists of three parts prioritized in this order: 1. Parking lot Lighting: Replacement of +/-16 lighting fixture heads with new LED heads, adding additional decorative lighting fixtures along the boulevard from the main entrance, and existing underground conduit and wire replacement back to stub-ups at the stadium. 2. Concourse Lighting: Replacement of +/-50 metal halide lighting fixtures with new LED retrofit lamps. 3. Softball Field Lighting: Relocation of existing lighting ballasts on +/- 40 softball field posts. Ballasts are to be relocated to an elevation of ~25’ to be accessible by the City lift. Existing disconnect switches are to be replaced in kind.
