Question: This bid reads as full maintenance where most parts are covered in the monthly premium but I do not see where it mentions call backs for issues. For clarity - do you want call backs included in the monthly premium or is that why you request our hourly rate, so we can bill for call backs? We want to make sure we price what the requsted need is for. Thank you -
