Description: This project consists of a 3,500sf building addition and selected renovations to an existing building. The addition consists of a concrete slab, CMU, wood studs, wood trusses, brick veneer, siding, shingle roofing, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, resinous flooring, rigid insulation, structural steel, metal and wood doors, door hardware, aluminum storefront, acoustical tile ceilings, gypsum board, painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other associated work. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first class job.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Tuesday August 23, 2016 --- 10:00am ---- Randolph County Animal Shelter, 1370 County Land Rd., Randleman, NC 27317. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
