Description: Scope of Services: Beaufort County’s Disabilities and Special Needs Department is requesting bids for Audio Visual Renovations from qualified contactors. The requested renovation services consist of new install as well as incorporating some existing equipment. The scope of services will include the following: 1. Remove, replace and relocate the large screen currently in the room with an interactive display appropriate for the size of the room. 2. Install a video conferencing solution with the appropriate microphone configuration for audience interaction that is appropriate for the size of the room. 3. Install a BluRay Player/DVD/CD/SD/USB Player. 4. Install a system controller that will allow the routing of PCs, BluRay and video conferencing to the screen. 5. Evaluate the existing Audio Equipment in the room and re-use any viable existing equipment by reinstalling it into a configuration that is appropriate to the new install. 6. Provide a simple, easy-to-use control surface to allow operation of the system with minimal training.
