Question: Good morning, we are looking for a few clarifications on the above bid proposal. 1- the chillers will they be needing annual services as in tube cleanings and oil analysis? 2- on the sites that are requesting monthly services , what is the monthly scope of work? Response: You can add the oil analysis and tube cleaning as an alternate item. All of the services should be quarterly. Please place NB on the monthly cleaning price areas. This should have been removed from the bid. We are only asking for quarterly maintenance on all units.

Question: Good Afternoon, we only see 7 units listed with filter sizes for the Gun Range. Are there filter sizes for the remaining units listed?
Response: additional filters for gun range per year. 8 - 20X25X2 60 - 8X22X1 Roof Top 9 - 16x20x4 60 - 8X30X1 48 - 8X25X1 24 - 8X39X1

Question: For Firestations 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 7. What is the width of these filters (x1 or x 2)? The list does not specify, x2 filters are higher in cost so to give accurate pricing can we have the width sizing? Fire Station 6 is the only one that lists the width. Thank you.
Response: Here is a list of the documented filter sizes we have for each station, including the Training Facility. Station #1: (1) 20x25x4 and (1) 20x22x1 Station #2: (2) 20x3x1 Station #3: (2) 20x30x1 Station #4: (4) 16x25x1 Station #5: (5) 20x25x1 Station #7: (6) 16x20x2, (4) 16x25x2, and (1) 12x24x2 Training Facility: (2) 20x25x4 and (1) 20x25x1
