Dear Vendor,

The USD 250 Board of Education will receive bids on non-instructional paper for all of its attendance centers in accordance with the enclosed specification. Bids will be awarded for one year. You must use the proposal and deviations document enclosed, and include samples of all products for your bid to be given consideration.

Sealed bids will be received on or before 11:00 AM CST on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Bevan Education Center and opened the same.

Mail bids and samples of ALL products proposed to the following address, and indicate on the outside of the envelope that a paper bid is contained.
