Sealed Bids for the construction of the Bataan Lift Station Renovation will be received by City of Carlsbad, at the office of the City Hall Room 116, 101 N. Halagueno,
Carlsbad NM 88221, until 2:00 p.m.
local time on November 10,
2021, at which time the Bids
received will be publicly opened and
read. The Project consists of renovating the existing Bataan Lift Station
which includes partial demolition of existing lift station structure, dewatering,
excavation, new piping, new lift station structure, new pump, new station
piping, new forcemain, and new electrical systems.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 10/27/2021 2:00 PM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 pm local time on October 27, 2021 at the Water Department Conference Room, 1502 W. Stevens St., Carlsbad NM 88220. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Bidders shall submit questions to the Owner / Engineer during the bidding phase through the BHITracker® Site. Responses to the questions will be provided via an addendum. The last day for questions is close of business (5:00 pm local time) November 3, 2021.
