Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed proposals from licensed and qualified vendors for materials and specialized labor to perform FDR and repaving for three collector roads. Detailed proposal documents are available at www.dawsoncounty.org.   There will be pre-bid meeting held on March 27, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the Public Works Complex, at 60 Transportation Road, Dawsonville, GA  30534. This is a new location; therefore, please search for 946 Burt Creek Road, Dawsonville, GA  30534. Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org before 1:00 p.m., March 31, 2020. All answers will be posted to website no later than April 3, 2020, by 1:00PM. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.
