Description: The City of Framingham (City), through its Mayor, the Awarding Authority, in cooperation with the Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants to provide a full range of preliminary and final design engineering services relative to the design and construction of traffic, transportation and utility infrastructure improvement projects. On an “as-needed” basis, the selected consultant(s) will perform services including but not limited to survey; design engineering services; environmental clearance/permitting; construction management; project management; and right of way support on federal, state, or locally funded improvement projects for the City of Framingham.
