Description: The Project’s Scope of Work consists of limited renovations to the existing Arlington Cultural Affairs Center located at 3700 S Four Mile Run Drive, Arlington, VA. The construction will include the blocking, conduit, backboxes, data wire, and jacks for all proposed technology devices. The County’s DTS (Department of Technology Services) will provide (furnish and install) the technology devices. Project consists of renovations of approximately 6600 square feet of the Cultural Affairs Center to house the relocation of two programs from the Lee Community Center consisting of a print making studio and a pottery making studio and the relocation of the textiles studio from the Gunston Community Center.
