Description: Dawson County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed submissions from qualified vendors who specialize in providing life safety equipment inspections maintenance and repairs.
Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org by 1:00 p.m., on November 29, 2023. All answers will be posted to website no later than December 6, 2023, by 1:00 PM, EST. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.
Sealed bids may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM, on December 14, 2023. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline the names and bid prices of bidders will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address.
