Description: Mowing will be required on a weekly basis during mowing season, with the exception of Industrial Park Pond being mowed once monthly, however Greene County reserves the right to alter this schedule depending on weather or budgetary conditions, performance evaluation of contractor and/or other such factors as may influence the project. If additional sites are added during the term of the contract, the contractor will be asked to quote on the additional property(s). Greene County has the right to accept or reject the quote. Greene County may also remove sites or reduce the mowing site area of the contract. If a site is reduced or removed from the contract, the invoiced amount will be reduced by an amount mutually agreed upon by the parties of the contract. Also included is snow removal.  Health Department location will be added to the snow removal.
