The City of Parkland, Florida is currently requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide for the:

City Hall Building Department Expansion Project - RFP #2017-19

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive proposals from qualified companies to obtain competitive Proposals for all material, labor and equipment for the construction of the City Hall Bldg. Dept. Expansion, including the demolition of all existing structural components & apparatuses and all other identified and incidental features in accordance with the plans, specifications, and all applicable State, County, and Local Municipality requirements.

Sealed proposals shall be received by the Office of the City Clerk, at City Hall, 6600 University Drive, Parkland, Florida 33067, on or before 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 6, 2017, at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened.  Proposals received after that time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal is received will be resolved against the Offeror.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting and site inspection on September 15, 2017 at 9:00AM at City of Parkland City Hall 6600 University Drive, Parkland Florida 33067.  All Proposers planning to submit a proposal are required to attend this meeting.  Proposals received from Proposers who have failed to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will not be opened or accepted and returned to the Proposer unopened.
