Description: The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise described herein) and shall establish and operate the food service facility for the purpose of dispensing food, non-alcoholic beverages, and other such items as may be authorized by the Resource Officer (RO), in accordance with all items and conditions specified herein. Service shall be prompt, efficient, and courteous, and avoid undue interference with the operation of the building in which services are provided. The assignment of work will be on an as-needed basis and will be consistent with the requirements delineated in the scope of work. The extended work hours noted during an emergency and disaster events may require twenty-four (24) hours per day coverage for several days.
