City of Raton, Sugarite Avenue Reconstruction Project

Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by City of Raton for the Sugarite Avenue Reconstruction Project. The work shall generally consist of: Roadway improvements to Sugarite Ave. in Raton from Roundhouse Road to the I-25 on ramp. The project includes: removal and replacement of existing damaged curb, gutter and sidewalk, patching existing asphalt pavement, hot-poured crack sealant, new protected bike lane with concrete curb, bollards, and object markers, micro-surfacing of existing pavement, utility cover adjustments with concrete collar, concrete valley gutter and accessible ramp construction, and new pavement markings and signage.

Complete digital bid documents are available on the QuestCDN Project Bid Management System, which requires bidders to register for no cost at www.questcdn.com. Registered bidders can download the bid documents for this project (QuestCDN Project No. 8164220) for a nonrefundable fee of $15. You can submit an electronic bid after the question deadline for a non-refundable submission fee of $15. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to VirtuBidTM for the online submittal of your bid. The QuestCDN Project Q&A will be the official venue for posting questions and answers. Questions posted to the Engineer after 02/28/2023 may not be answered. There is no Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for this project.
