Description: Separate sealed Bids for the construction of W.B. Casey Water Reclamation Facility Polishing Plant and WAS Thickening Upgrades will be received by the Clayton County Water Authority at 1600 Battle Creek Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260 until 3:00 p.m. local time, the 25th day of July, 2017, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the W.B. Casey Water Reclamation Facility, 688 Flint River Road, Jonesboro, Georgia 30238 on July 11, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. local time, to discuss the Project. The Project consists of a Phosphorus Polishing Plant designed to treat a portion of the effluent from the existing W.B. Casey WRF and a new waste activated sludge (WAS) thickening facility to replace the existing WAS thickening facility.
