Description:

Sealed competitive bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Wednesday, February 26, 2020 for the purpose of applying an Emerald Ash Borer Treatment to 299 Green Ash Trees located on City of Quincy right of way.

The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all bids.  The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous bid for the City.

Due to the unfortunate situation with COVID-19, the City of Quincy's EAB Tree Treatment bids were all rejected. The City of Quincy will look to rebid these next spring 2021. Thank you.
