implement a pavement preservation projects.
The County intends to retain a vendor that specializes in the
application of High Performance Mineral and Fiber Reinforced Asphalt based Emulsion
(hereinafter “sealer”) for low, medium, and higher volume County roads.
These specifications request rates for furnishing
of all materials, equipment, and labor rates for performing all work and
operations in connection with the application of sealer and all other
incidental and related work as set forth in these specifications and as
directed by Georgetown County.
