Description: The Oconee County Board of Commissioners (OCBOC) is requesting sealed proposals be delivered to the Purchasing Officer in Suite 203 of the Finance Department, 23 N. Main Street, Watkinsville, GA 30677 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from qualified and experienced contractors to do exterior renovations at its ACTS facility located on the Bogart Sports Complex property at 130 Thompson Street in Bogart, Georgia. The work will be focused mainly on the windows, soffit and fascia, gutters and downspout system and interior painting, if budget allows.

At that time, date, and place given above, in Suite 205, the sealed proposals will be publicly opened and only the names of the respondents will be read aloud. The RFP documents and forms can be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Officer or the Oconee County Website at www.oconeecounty.com. No bonds are required for this RFP.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 3/6/2018 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. The purpose of this meeting is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the proposal document and tour the facility. Because Oconee County considers such a meeting to be critical to understanding the proposal requirements, attendance at the pre-submittal meeting is mandatory to qualify as an Offeror.
