Description: This project is a design-build project. The Contractor to include all labor, tools, equipment, furniture, fixtures, hardware, and materials to provide a complete finished, occupiable space for the Merritt College Training Room F105. The work is primarily ceiling, flooring, and wall refinishing. The contractor will be asked to coordinate and install Owner purchased furniture. It is anticipated construction will have limited ancillary electrical, and plumbing work. See Exhibit B document dated 22 January 2024 for complete scope of work.
