Attached are responses to the questions regarding this year’s Requests for Qualifications (RFQ). The deadline for submission of written questions has passed. We have done our best to combine similar questions to avoid redundancy.
Please Note: All RFQs must be received by Monday, September 30, 2019 at 2:00pm. The OFCC requires a two-week posting of the RFQ, but September 30th should be sufficient time to respond.
