Question 1

Posted: 12/11/2023

Question: 1. Please confirm if a tap fee is required for the fire line is this to be a part of the GC bid or paid for by the Owner? 2. Is Builders Risk Insurance to be by the GC or Owner? 3. Is the 8" CMU to be the integral colored 3hr smooth moulded CMU by Westbrook Concrete Block or regular CMU? If by Westbrook it appears the two color ranges come from the Black color range or White color range for the 3 hr block, please confirm which color range we should price from or provide specific color CMU? 4. Vendor Question - 1. On A103.A it shows the 2 layers of iso and layer of ½” cover board being mechanically fastened to the roof deck. The way the specs read, is the base layer fastened and then the subsequent layers and coverboard adhered in asphalt, do we gang fasten all iso/cover board or go by the specs?
