Question: Questions #1: On page #7 of the technical specifications, under Bid Item 105.02000, it says both the “Geotechnical Report” and “Pothole Report” are available for download on the City website. We can not find these documents on the City’s website. Could you please provide these?

Question: The Past Performance Verification Form has the box already checked for “CMAR” project. Must the PPVF be submitted only for CMAR projects?
Response: This is to correct my previous response "Yes". The box checked is for the role submitting on.

Question: Referencing Question 2 - the box checked CMAR is for the role submitting on. The rest of the form gives the options for D-B-B, CMAR and DB. Will you allow non CMAR reference projects?
Response: You may submit non-CMAR projects, but they must be substantially completed similar work.

Question: It states in the RFQ that no work can be performed during NASCAR. Can you clarify what is meant by no work? IE no traffic restriction or no work in the field during that time?
Response: It means no traffic restrictions.

Response: SRP will construct the necessary structures but the contractor may be required to install the pipe.

Question: Can you please clarify Part II. B. “ Experience and Qualification of the CMAR Firm -30pts. (15 pts Are available upon City’s receipt of Past Performance Verification Forms “PPVF”). Part II.B (3) – 2nd paragraphs states” Each completed PPVF form (total of three) that is completed and returned by the due date will be awarded five (5) points toward this category. Are the PPVF forms worth 15pts of the 30 pt total or are they an additional 15 pts to be added to the section score? Additionally, can the projects listed on Part II B be the same as the returned PPVF'S or should they be different?
Response: PPVF forms worth 15pts of the 30 pt total. They can be the same as the returned PPVFs, you may list more than 3 comparable projects in Part II B in your SOQ.
