Description: Covina-Valley Unified School District will receive sealed bids up to, but no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 2, 2024 bids for the following project: 

BID NO.23-24-119 Chain Link Fence Replacement Project 

All bids shall be made and presented only on the forms presented by the District. Bids shall be received at the Purchasing Department, 519 E. Badillo St., Covina, California 91723. Any bids received after the time specified above or after any extensions due to material changes shall be returned unopened.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting. There will be a mandatory pre-bid site visit/Job Walk at Covina High School, 463 S. Hollenbeck Ave., Covina, CA 91723 on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code and be licensed to perform the work called for in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active C-13 License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. The California State License number shall be clearly stated on the bidder’s proposal. Contractor’s Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform
