Question: How many employees will be included in the study for uniformed positions and general government positions? How many classifications do these employees encompass?

Response: Good morning! I have attached 2 additional documents under the solicitation. One is the Authorized Positions which will give you also how many employees and their position and the second is the Pay Grades. Please let me know if this answers your questions.

Question: Does Fire and Police have separate pay plans?

Response: There is not a separate pay plan for Fire and Police. I attached additional documents from a previous question that shows our different pay grades and classifications.

Question: What compensation survey sources does the City currently use for benchmarking?

Response: The only survey source we use is the annual MTAS salary survey results.
