Description: The City of North Charleston is currently accepting sealed bids for grounds maintenance, and irrigation system maintenance services to Riverfront Park, Mosstree Park, Murray Hill Community Center, and the Officers Housing on the Former Navy Base. Work will include regular cutting of grassed areas, pruning and trimming of shrubs, perennials, and trees, fertilization, chemical treatments, mulching, planting annual flowers, raking, cleaning and irrigation system maintenance and repairs.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held at Riverfront Park located at 1001 Everglades Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405 on Tuesday, April, 26, 2016 @ 10:00 a.m. All interested parties will meet in front of the Quarters K building at 10:00 a.m. before embarking on a bus ride to view the areas covered under the scope of work.
