Description: The objective of this work order is to resurface the existing parking lot and adjoining access points. Limits of work are defined by all paved areas west of the entrance at CR-512. The parking lot is approximately 270-feet by 370-feet wide with a 22-foot wide by 190-foot access driveway (see attached schematic). All work shall comply with the latest edition of the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Pertinent sections of these specifications are referenced in the Scope of Work. 

The engineer's construction estimate for the project is $200,000.00.
