Description:
The School Board is soliciting competitive bids on behalf of the
Facility Department from qualified companies to provide and install an Acrylic Roof Coating as described
herein. The scope of work as
outlined in this ITB establishes the minimum requirements to be provided by the successful
bidder(s). The bidder is responsible for all equipment
to complete the project. It is estimated
that the work be completed by July 31, 2021. It is the responsibility of the bidder to obtain all
necessary licenses, permits and insurance related to this bid.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: PRE BID MEETING: There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at the Carrabelle Field House, 1001 Gray Avenue, Carrabelle, FL 32322, PARCEL ID: 20-07S-04W-0000-0011-0000. Bidders will need to check into the building prior to the start of the pre bid meeting.
