Description: This solicitation invites qualified and experienced individuals or companies to submit sealed bids to provide tree trimming, removal, and related services as detailed in the solicitation document. This solicitation is to establish a fixed unit price annual agreement for services on an ‘As Needed’ basis. Work will generally be performed in City Parks, on City Property, and along City Streets and Right of Way. Work will also include street tree trimming to raise low branches for vehicle safety. ELIGIBILITY In order to be eligible to submit a bid response or for a contract award the primary place of business for the bidder/contractor must be located in either Lake County or Sumter County. The City has deemed the location of the awarded Contractor to be important in their ability to respond in a timely manner to work ordered under a resulting contract.
