Notice is hereby given that Okeechobee County, Florida, pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, hereby issues this request for qualifications to provide Construction Manager At-Risk with Design Assist Services to work as a Construction Manager at Risk with Design Assist for the design and construction of the “Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Department Jail Renovation and Expansion Project” Project No. 2020-04.  The construction services shall include the renovation of the existing facility, redevelopment of existing kitchen into inmate program areas, renovation of laundry, intake, medical, and storage areas, and in addition, construction of two new 224 bed-housing pods supported by a new kitchen facility.

Services shall include, but not be limited to, Pre-Design Services, Pre-construction Services, Construction Services, Post-Construction Services, providing services in a Construction Manager At-Risk with Design Assist delivery method.
