The City of Manchester, Tennessee will accept sealed bids for Asphalt Paving & Striping. The specifications may be digitally downloaded at cityofmanchestertn.com or a copy may be obtained from the City's Finance Office at 200 West Fort St. Manchester, TN 37355.
All bids must be returned with an original and a copy, sealed, to the Chief Financial Officer's office no later than 2:00pm on December 8, 2021. The City of Manchester reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
