 The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide airport planning, engineering design, and construction administration services for all necessary work required to complete the construction of Taxiway M from Taxiway D to Runway 5L (Approximately  3,000’ x 50’) at the Battle Creek Executive Airport at Kellogg Field located at 15551 S. Airport Rd., Battle Creek, MI 49015.
