Description:

The intent of this Invitation for Bid and resulting contract is to lease the services of an individual or company to supply and install Christmas decorations and coordinate Christmas activities at Circle Park in Sebring, Florida.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR SERVICES

1)         Contractor shall have all decorations installed and ready for lighting on the last Saturday of November.  The lighting display will be on and visible to the public no later than 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from no later than 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. In the event of rain, the display will be cancelled for that evening.

2)         Contractor shall remove all decorations as soon as possible after December 26^th and prior to December 31^st.

3)         Contractor shall be responsible for the storage of the decorations and displays.

4)         Contractor shall be responsible for coordination of any and all volunteers. 

5)         Contractor shall provide a portable restroom with daily clean-outs

6)         Contractor shall provide a sound system with music that will be playing during hours of operation.

7)         Contractor shall be responsible for daily maintenance of all decorations during the display.

8)         The following shall be included in the display:

Assorted lighted and non-lighted Christmas displays, including lighted walkway arches.   All lights used in displays will be C-7 Christmas lights.  

Live Santa each night

Mrs. Claus, Snowman, and Snow Princess (on select nights)

Singing Zoo puppet show (3-5 times each night)

Photos, concessions, and games at a nominal fee

Free activities and contests with prizes.

Artificial snow machine on selected nights

 9)        The City will provide the cost of electrical power and will supply spectator bleachers if needed.
