Question: Can you please clarify the stand that is needed. The model # specified in the specifications is for a stationary stand. The price breakdown calls for a stand with casters.

Question: Per The factory- Can you double check with the school district if they are stacking the 2 each 7-20E pro? Or do they want 2 stands? Do they need install? Please advise, Thank you
Response: We are not stacking the ovens, we will need 2 stands. We do not need installation.

Question: Does the bid need to be an Alto-Shaam RFP-CN-385 Combi Oven? Or can it be an alternative equivalent brand to an Alto-Shaam RFP-CN-385 Combi Oven?
Response: Needs to an Alto-Shaam - no substitutions.

Question: Need clarification on several things, on the equipment specification its noted on the gas combi has an extended warranty but no mention of that on the electric combi's please advise Also, on the pricing breakout it only calls out for the oven and stands for the breakout, what about other items that have a cost associated with the option specified in the equipment specifications, As an example: Extended Warranty, Installation Start up, Installation Kit, oven cleaner and delimer. In my opinion, those should have a column for the pricing breakdown as well
