Description: The Wentzville R-IV School District, herein referred to as “District,” is soliciting written proposals from qualified consulting firms experienced in developing a staff compensation, benefits, and position study. The study will include wage and benefit plans to compare both cash compensation and core benefit plans that are the components of total compensation. The study will also include an analysis of job descriptions. The study will illustrate total compensation for comparable job classifications. Employee total compensation will be compared to similar school districts. The purpose of the compensation study is to assist the District in reviewing and analyzing the current staff compensation structure, obtain recommendations for improvements to the existing structure, and obtain recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. All job descriptions are to be included in the study. This RFP seeks proposal responses to provide professional consulting services as outlined above and in addition to what is described further in this document. Please refer to the enclosed scope of work and the submittal requirements section in developing and providing your response.
