Description: A grant by the TN ECD has provided Sweetwater Main Street with funds for facade improvements on historic buildings downtown.  Bid specifications attached show each project (Projects requiring bids are numbered 1, 2, 4, 5.  Project 3 was previously awarded and not included in these specifications).  You are allowed to bid on every project or on certain ones.  This job requires compliance with Davis-Bacon laws.
