Description: Valley Center USD 262 is seeking bids for the following work:

Demo existing resilient floor and base. Prepare floor and install Luxury Vinyl Tile and base in the wrestling room at Valley Center Middle School.

Furnish all labor, material, equipment, insurance and supervision required for an installation generally described as follows:

Luxury Vinyl Tile
LVT, Interface, A007 Studio Set, Color: TBD, 25CM X 1M approx. 3500 Sq. Ft.

Resilient Cove Base
Johnsonite 4'' Resilient Cove Base, Color: To Be Determined approx. 235 lineal ft.
Johnsonite Transitions As Needed
Floor Prep
Ardex MRF Skim Coat Patch 10 LB Bag

Demo of Existing Flooring
Take Up Resilient Flooring
Take Up Resilient Base
Disposal of Demo Debris to GC Provided Dumpster

**Equivalent substitutions will be allowed provided you submit product specifications and explanation of its equivalency.

The work is to be performed between June 1, 2023, and July 21, 2023.
