Pre-authorization for a security pass is required for any prospective vendor, or representative, wishing to attend the pre-proposal visit. See RFP for more information.

Overview:
A second pre-proposal site visit will be held on location at Building 3543 GAFB. Meeting at 3:00
p.m. on July 18, 2018 at the Visitor’s Center located at the South Gate. Pre-authorization for a
security pass is required for any prospective vendor, or representative, wishing to attend the preproposal
visit. Certain information is required ahead of the date in order to issue a security pass
and ensure ease of access on the day of the site visit. Security passes will only be authorized for
the day of the pre-proposal visit. Site Visit Base Access Request Form must be filled out and
submitted by 12:00 p.m., July 17, 2018.
