Pre-Bid Meeting Details: For any vendor who chooses to respond to this RFP, there is a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday, March 28th at 9:00 AM CST via Zoom. A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent by Bob Deneau at deneaurobert@rsdmo.org on March 24, 2022 to vendors who have completed the NDA. All interested vendors must sign Rockwood’s NDA prior to the Zoom pre-bid meeting. Please contact Brenda Kirchhoefer at kirchhoeferbrenda@rsdmo.org to request the NDA agreement. All NDA agreements must be received by Brenda Kirchhoefer no later than noon (CDT) on March 23, 2022.
