Question: In regard to No Substitutes. GE manufactures a double Range oven that is a close equivalent to the LG unit being spec'd .GE Model # JBS86SPSS. It is also significantly less expensive that it's counterpart. Would bids for this alternate be accepted? Please let me know and I can provide a spec. sheet
Response: No substitute - The LG was selected because the knobs are on the front which makes it ADA friendly

Question: Will the Upper Levels have an elevator available for inside delivery? If no elevator will be available may you provide a break down of how many of each unit need to go upstairs. Regards
Response: Yes, there is an elevator but no loading dock.

Question: I spoke with GE and Confirmed that the Gas Ranges come with a 70inch 3-prong cord attached (2 inches shy of 6ft)
Response: No cord needed for the gas dryer, it comes complete with a 3 Prong 70" cord.

Question: Do you need Range Cords for the LG units? If so do you need 3 or 4 prong cords? Any specific length?
Response: Nema 14-50R plug for stoves in FACS and Motoric. Length 4 foot.

Question: The GE rep. advised us that the following items are discontinued by the manufacturer: 1. GTW840CPNDG 2. GTD84GCPNDG 3. GTS22KGNRBB. In this circumstance, what are the options do we have, or will you accept any equivalent items?
Response: I contacted GE and they told me all three appliances are still available.

Question: Good Morning, Will there be any changes made to the XLS to add a line for the LG Range Cords and remove the line for the Gas Dryer Cord? Or would you like us to just factor in pricing per/cord into the Cost of the LG Range and enter a cost of $0.00 for Row 10 (Gas Dryer Cord)? Regards,
