Description: Greene County is seeking bids to repair and paint with Elasto-Flex Coating to the EIFS and the brick of the old Takoma hospital building located at 401 Takoma Avenue, Greeneville, TN 37743. Cost is to include cleaning surfaces, patch holes/damaged areas, replace sealant at windows and doors and repaint surfaces with master wall brand Elasto-Flex coating. You may submit a bid for the EIFS only or the brick only or you may submit a bid for the entire building. There will be a mandatory prebid on June 30, 2025 at 10:00 am at 401 Takoma Avenue meeting at the front parking lot. If you do not attend the prebid then you will not be able to bid. Color must match the current color as close as possible. Sealed bids are due in the Purchasing office July 7, 2025 at 2:00PM. Job must be completed by July 31, 2025.
