EL MONTE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT (“DISTRICT”)
invites and will receive sealed bids for the award of a contract for Bid
No. 2020-21(B8) Auditorium/ Theater Equipment Materials, Supplies, and Related Services up to but not later than, July 7, 2020, at 10:00a.m.
(PDT) (“Bid Submission Deadline”) .The District has partnered with
Vendor Registry to manage its vendor registration process. Prospective Bidders shall register their
company on Vendor Registry at https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/el-monte-union-high-school-dist-ca-vendor-registration. Registration is a
condition for submitting a bid.
Requests
for Information (“RFI”): Questions and clarifications will be posted
to our website and on Vendor Registry. All questions must be submitted on the
Vendor Registry website by June 25, 2020, at 12:00p.m. (PDT), to Vendor Registry, or to purchasing@emuhsd.org.
Responses to RFI’s will be posted to the
District’s Purchasing webpage and the Vendor Registry
webpage.

Question: There are items listed that are discontinued and no longer available. What would be the requested substitutions for these items? 1ea. Adampter cable set for 4port node 5pin XLR Rack Mount Kit 1 ea. DOT2 Node4 19" Rack Mounting Kit - XLR Connectors 2 ea. DOT2 Node4 Rigging Kit 3 ea. MA Dot2 Node4 1k-1.024 All items are pertaining to the MA Lighting Dot2 console which is discontinued.
