RE-ADVERTISEMENT

The City of Laurinburg is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and interested firms to provide design-build services for the Raw Water Wells-Phase II Project. The project is projected to be funded with a combination of local and state funds. The City of Laurinburg intends to select a qualified firm to provide design-build services based on the project details and evaluation criteria listed in the detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

Copies of the detailed RFQ, including a description of the services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained by a downloadable link on the City of Laurinburg website at https://www.laurinburg.org/business/#purchasing-rfps. Bidders must complete the vendor registration process to login and obtain copies of the RFQ document.

The sealed Statement of Qualifications should be submitted no later than November 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST to the City of Laurinburg, Attn: Harold W. Haywood, 303 W. Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be no Confidential Individual Meetings, but the potential well sites were inspected on September 30, 2025, and the Owner’s Advisor, Willis Engineers, Inc., conducted the walk through between the hours of 1 PM to 3 PM. The group met at the Water Treatment Plant, 603 Lauchwood Drive, Laurinburg, NC 28352. Notes from that meeting are included in the solicitation documents.
